Intellectual property

‍Exceptions:
- You retain ownership of the Content you upload.
- Insights and reports generated using your Content are owned by you.

Prohibited activities

When using Reviewwiz.AI, you agree not to:

- Engage in activities that could harm, disable, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Upload any malicious code, viruses, or harmful
files.

Fees and Payment

Our Services are provided on a subscription or pay-per-report basis. All payments must be made through the payment gateways we provide. By using our Services, you agree to the following:
- Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
- You are responsible for any taxes or additional fees associated with your purchase.

Data Privacy

Limitation of Liability

- Reviewwiz.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Reviewwiz.AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reviewwiz.AI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including any breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.
